Dear Dearne Developers,
I
am writing to ask if you can help me – I’m desperate! You have a reputation for
being the most amazing estate agents who can sell anything. My problem is this
awful house next door to me. It’s dark, broken down and frankly quite creepy.
The man who lived there was really miserable and bad tempered, he would get
really angry if we, the neighbours, asked him to spend money on his property.
He was really letting the neighbourhood down!
He doesn’t live there any more – after the screaming and
shouting and haunting noises on Christmas Eve, he moved out and hasn’t been
seen since. The house is now on the market but will never sell unless you help
us! We are worried about rats and vandals moving in please can you help? I’ve
included a photo so you can see what a challenge you’ve got.
